About
Brooks Grease Services operates a dedicated Oklahoma City yard at 3131 S Byers Ave — one of two Oklahoma locations of the third-generation Brooks Grease Service family company in business since 1957. The OKC branch handles grease trap cleaning, pumping, and inspection along with monthly used cooking oil collection and recycling for restaurants and commercial kitchens across the metro, backed by 24-hour emergency response and FOG compliance documentation. It runs to the same standards as the Tulsa headquarters: bilingual staff, licensed and insured, and a price match guarantee. Local OKC dispatch keeps response times short for food service operators throughout the Oklahoma City area.

FOG Compliance in Oklahoma
Oklahoma food service establishments must comply with FOG pretreatment standards under the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (ODEQ) and local pretreatment programs. Oklahoma City Utilities, Tulsa Metropolitan Utility Authority, and Norman Public Works enforce interceptor installation, maintenance schedules (typically every 90 days), and three-year record retention. Non-compliance may result in surcharges and enforcement actions.More Contractors in Oklahoma
