About
Columbia Drain Co. is a locally owned drain and environmental services company serving Portland, Oregon and Vancouver, Washington since 1987. Their grease trap maintenance service separates fats, oils, and grease from commercial kitchen wastewater before it enters the municipal sewer system, keeping restaurants in compliance with city FOG requirements. Beyond grease traps, the company specializes in drain cleaning, high-pressure water jetting, storm filter maintenance (including Contech brand systems and StormCeptor vortex units), oil-water separator servicing, catch basin cleaning, lift station cleaning, and bio-swale maintenance. The company does not charge for travel time and backs all work with a satisfaction guarantee. Reachable at both a Portland and a Vancouver number, the team serves both sides of the Columbia River.

FOG Compliance in Oregon
Oregon food service facilities must meet FOG pretreatment requirements under the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (ODEQ) and local utilities. Portland Bureau of Environmental Services, Clean Water Services (Washington County), and Eugene Stormwater/Wastewater enforce interceptor installation, pumping schedules, certified hauler manifest requirements, and three-year record retention. Oregon's environmental regulations are among the most stringent in the Pacific Northwest.More Contractors in Oregon
