About
EarthTek, Inc. provides commercial grease trap cleaning, pumping, and preventative hydrojetting maintenance to restaurants and food service businesses throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, including Arlington, Plano, and surrounding cities. The company vacuum-evacuates entire trap contents rather than skimming surface grease, and uses high-pressure hydrojet equipment to clear grease buildup in drain lines and prevent overflow incidents. EarthTek holds certifications with EPA, OSHA, the Restaurant Facility Management Association, and NORA (the Association of Responsible Recyclers), and offers used cooking oil collection alongside 24/7 emergency grease trap response.

Regulatory Context
FOG Compliance in Texas
Texas food service operators must comply with FOG pretreatment regulations under the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) and local sewer utilities. Dallas Water Utilities, Houston Public Works, San Antonio Water System (SAWS), and Austin Water maintain robust FOG Control Programs. Requirements typically include grease interceptor installation sized to local standards, pumping every 30–90 days, use of TCEQ-registered waste haulers, electronic manifest submission in many jurisdictions, and three-year record retention. Texas's large food service industry and warm climate create elevated FOG risk, making compliance programs especially active.More Contractors in Texas
