About
Eazy Grease LLC provides used cooking oil (UCO) collection and grease trap cleaning for restaurants, hotels, fast food chains, schools, and food markets across South Florida and the broader Eastern United States. The company collects used cooking oil on a scheduled basis and issues rebate checks per gallon — qualifying locations must run multiple fryers producing 40 or more gallons per month. Eazy Grease also purchases bulk UCO from other collectors at market-value prices with same-day payments. On the grease trap side, technicians handle complete grease removal, inlet/outlet cleaning, waste measurement, regulatory documentation, and emergency response. All waste is transported to licensed facilities for conversion to biodiesel. The bilingual (English/Spanish) operation is based in Opa-locka and serves 7,000-plus restaurant clients nationwide.

Regulatory Context
FOG Compliance in Florida
Florida food service facilities are governed by FOG pretreatment rules under the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) and local utility authorities. Miami-Dade Water and Sewer, JEA (Jacksonville), Tampa Bay Water, and Orange County Utilities all operate formal FOG Control Programs. Requirements typically include interceptor installation and sizing per local code, pumping every 30–90 days depending on usage, certified hauler manifests, and three-year record retention. Florida's warm climate can accelerate FOG buildup, making more frequent maintenance critical.More Contractors in Florida
