Regulatory Context
FOG Compliance in Idaho
Idaho food service facilities must meet FOG pretreatment requirements under the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality (IDEQ) and local sewer authorities. Boise's Public Works Department and Idaho Falls' utilities maintain FOG control requirements including grease interceptor installation, scheduled maintenance, and record-keeping. Facilities generating high FOG volumes may be subject to enhanced monitoring and more frequent pumping schedules.More Contractors in Idaho
