For restaurant operators, the company provides complete grease management: used cooking oil collection and storage (outdoor bulk containers, under-counter barrels, and frontline oil systems), grease interceptor pumping and maintenance, and hydro-jetting for grease buildup in kitchen lines. All collected brown grease and UCO is recycled at 100 percent, with no landfilling or land application.
