About
Rex Services is a licensed grease trap cleaning and used cooking oil recycling specialist serving restaurants, supermarkets, hotels, and hospitals across the Greater Toronto Area. Fully licensed by the Ontario Ministry of Environment and Energy (MOEE) to collect, transport, and process grease waste, Rex operates its own processing facility and reprocesses recovered oils into biodiesel and renewable energy inputs. Services include scheduled grease trap vacuum-pumping, waste fryer oil collection with theft-resistant containers provided at no charge, and market-rate payment to customers for their used cooking oil. The company operates independently, allowing flexible scheduling without the constraints of a large corporate service provider.

Regulatory Context
FOG Compliance in Ontario
Commercial food service establishments in Ontario are required to install and maintain grease traps or grease interceptors to prevent fats, oils, and grease (FOG) from entering the municipal sewer system. Regular maintenance schedules and pumping records may be required by local authorities. Contact your local municipality or wastewater authority for specific compliance requirements in your area.
