FOG Compliance in Mississippi

Mississippi food service establishments must meet FOG pretreatment requirements under the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ) and local sewer authorities. Jackson's Department of Public Works, Gulfport Utility, and Hattiesburg Public Utilities maintain FOG control requirements.
