GreasetrapLocator.com offers paid listing subscriptions to grease trap service operators. This Refund Policy explains your rights when purchasing a paid listing on our directory.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind our directory. If you are not fully satisfied with your paid listing for any reason, you may request a complete refund within 30 calendar days of your original purchase date. No questions asked.

The 30-day window begins on the date your payment is processed. This guarantee applies to new subscriptions and is available once per business listing.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject line: Refund Request — [Your Business Name]
  2. Include the business name and the email address used at checkout
  3. We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day
  4. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method

After the 30-Day Period

Refunds are not available after the 30-day guarantee window has passed. All subscription fees for the current annual billing period are non-refundable after day 30, including:

  • Partial months or remaining time on an annual subscription
  • Listings that have been active and receiving traffic in the directory
  • Upgraded or enhanced listing tiers

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing [email protected]. Upon confirmed cancellation:

  • Your listing will remain active and visible in the directory through the end of your current paid billing period
  • No future charges will be made after your cancellation is confirmed
  • No prorated refund is issued for time remaining in the current billing period, except within the initial 30-day guarantee window

Automatic Renewal

Paid listings renew automatically on an annual basis on the anniversary of your original purchase date. A renewal notice will be sent to the email address on file before your billing date. To prevent automatic renewal, cancel by emailing [email protected] before your renewal date.
